Does anyone know how to choose the salt distillation model in proii? Urgent help?
Search the literature and study the concept of salt distillation, thermodynamic methods, basic factors affecting the salt effect and salt selection.
Salt-added distillation is a high-efficiency special distillation developed in recent years. Its theoretical basis is the change of vapor-liquid balance under the salt effect. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the vapor-liquid equilibrium salt effect model. When a salt is added to a solvent, it will inevitably cause the boiling point of the solvent to increase and the saturated vapor pressure to decrease. From a microscopic perspective, this is due to the solvation between salt molecules or ions and solvent molecules, thereby reducing the volatility of the solvent molecules. Similarly, when salt is added to a solution composed of two solvents, due to the different forces between the salt and the two solvent molecules, the volatilities of the two components change differently, thereby changing the relative volatility of the two components and increasing the separation ability of the two components. This is the vapor-liquid balanced salt effect. References: Pan Xiaomei, Yang Zhicai, Miao Dezu. Research on mathematical model of vapor-liquid balanced salt effect.
