After a year of hard work by the moderators in the mechanical equipment section, all the information has been organized, the section has been refined, and various useful activities have been carried out; as a result, many experiences and lessons have been gained. The management of this section has become more rational, and the team of moderators is now more stable than before, providing some valuable insights for the management of the forum. I’ve been thinking about when to take a break; it’s the Lantern Festival today, so let’s do it today! I am grateful to the cleaning team for trusting me with the opportunity to do something small to contribute to the forum. I thank the forum members for their support, as well as the moderators of the Machinery and Equipment section who work hard behind the scenes without seeking recognition. I wish the forum continued success and prosperity in the future. As for the new super moderator, I hope they will uphold the good practices of the Machinery and Equipment section, abandon any outdated or unreasonable methods, and continue to seek effective ways of management. I will, as always, remain committed to caring about the forum and the Machinery and Equipment section, and I look forward to sharing the successes of Haichuan with everyone. Why are so many people leaving? Why? Retire after achieving success? Or something else?
Peach Wood is leaving too; it’s a real loss for the forum. The upgraded version of the most user-friendly and well-managed section is going away – it’s truly unacceptable to face this reality. Peach wood is, to a certain extent, Hai Chuan’s current spiritual pillar. Manage fewer specific tasks and free up some time to do your own things – would that be okay? :'( :'( :'(

Tao Ban has made tremendous contributions to Hai Chuan and is also the cornerstone of the mechanical equipment section! Sister Tao has also dedicated a great deal of her valuable time to Haichuan; she might have her own plans, so I respect her choice. Although we’re all reluctant to see you go, I think we should first sort out everything properly and then act as a consultant for Haichuan. This way, we can stay involved in technical discussions and keep an eye on the work of the new generation of successors!

Sis, please think about it again; you can assign more tasks to the moderators below, or hire two more assistants. In our equipment department, it’s not about the number of people you manage; what we need is you as a person. With you here, we feel confident and motivated, but if you leave, won’t that take away everyone’s enthusiasm? So please give it some thought – let go of whatever needs to be let go, but don’t give up on our team.
I’m leaving for now, but I’ll be back when I have time. That’s what makes Kaichuan so attractive

Sis Tao just said she was tired and needed to rest for a while; she didn’t say she was leaving. Everyone upstairs must have misunderstood. The mechanical section exists today only because of Sis Tao’s efforts – her influence is evident in everything there. How could she possibly be willing to leave? It’s just that there is considerable pressure to take the mechanical section to the next level; please pay close attention and offer your support.

Tao Ban, your selfless dedication is truly a source of pride for Hai Chuan. But to be honest, if you’re planning to have a baby, you should take time off – computer radiation is not good for the baby :) I’ll come back to see everyone once my personal matters are taken care of. It’s important to balance work, family, and friendships; only then can life be harmonious. It’s a bit embarrassing to see that you’re willing to sacrifice so much of your personal time for the forum and stay another year (it’s obvious that you just can’t bear to leave everyone and part with your friends).
