Why does the crusher in the granulation section keep shutting down? Is it an electrical issue, a equipment problem, or a process issue?
It’s a domestic large-grain device, right? This kind of situation occurs frequently; it’s probably due to a quality issue with the equipment
Is this a new factory that has just started operating? At the beginning, too many new devices are put into interlock operation; as some of them gradually break down, there won’t be as many trips.
1. Is there insufficient headroom in the motor power? Or is it too small, resulting in the situation of a ‘small horse pulling a heavy cart’? 2. Is it due to the large number of electrical protection devices, and the conservative settings of the interlock device parameters, which are somewhat on the low side? 3. Problems or other faults occur during equipment installation, resulting in high friction or other issues that place additional strain on the crusher motor. 4. The main issue from a technical perspective is: is it operating under overload?
