Coal tar yield is mainly related to the volatile content of coal blending. High volatile content means high tar yield.; For example, Shanxi coking coal is relatively abundant, the coal blend has low volatile content, and the tar yield is generally between 2.6% and 3.0%. ; There are relatively more gas coals in East China. The volatile content of coal blends is generally above 28%, and the coal tar yield can reach 4.0%.
Tar yield has a very close relationship with the volatile matter of the blended coal and coke oven operation. The volatile content of our company's tamped coke oven blended coal is about 32%, and the yield is about 3.5%.
In addition to the influence of the volatile content of the coal on the tar recovery rate, the coke oven operation also has a greater influence. First of all, it is necessary to ensure that the coal is filled, the thermal engineer confirms the appropriate standard temperature according to the turnover time, the furnace top space temperature is controlled lower, the coke oven gas collecting tank pressure is controlled more stably, the furnace leakage is less, the bottom of the carbonization chamber has a positive pressure at the end of coking for a long time, and the gas purification tar mist is captured cleaner.
The yield of our factory is about 3.2%. The coal source is relatively mixed. The volatile content of the coal entering the furnace is roughly 28%-30%.
