Technical Specification for Coke Oven Machinery of Type JNX70-2Main process parameters of the JNX70-2 type coke oven:
Total length of the carbonization chamber: 16960+220 mm (at operating temperature)
Effective length of the carbonization chamber: 16100 mm
Height of the carbonization chamber: 6980+91 mm (at operating temperature)
Effective height of the carbonization chamber: 6630 mm
Average width of the carbonization chamber: 450 mm
Taper of the carbonization chamber: 50 mm
Center distance between carbonization chambers: 1400+1 mm (at operating temperature)
Center distance between vertical flues: 480 mm
Coke oven turnaround time (under normal conditions): 19 hours
Time required for maintenance of the coke oven: 3 times per day, 1 hour each time
Operating time per carbonization chamber (under normal conditions, calculated value): 9.59 minutes*
Number of carbonization chambers in the furnace set: 2×52 chambers
Effective volume of the carbonization chambers: 48 m3
Coal loading amount per chamber (on a dry basis, under normal conditions): Approximately 36 tons*
Moisture content of coal fed into the furnace (under normal conditions): 11–13%*
Amount of dry coke produced per carbonization chamber per cycle (under normal production conditions): Approximately 27 tons*
*: For this project, it is necessary to use CMC to adjust the moisture content of the coal – reducing it from the usual 10–13% to around 6%. This will increase the density of the coal pile, shorten the turnaround time, and enhance the production capacity of the coke oven. After considering coal moisture adjustment via CMC: the coal loading per chamber (on a dry basis, with CMC taken into account) is approximately 38.52 tons; the moisture content of the coal fed into the furnace (with CMC taken into account) is about 6%. The amount of dry coke produced per cycle in each carbonization chamber (with CMC considered, under normal operating conditions) is roughly 28.89 tons. The turnaround time for the coke oven (with CMC taken into account) is about 18.43 hours. The maintenance time for the coke oven is 3 times per day, for 50 minutes each time. The operating time per carbonization chamber (under normal conditions, as calculated) is approximately 9.53 minutes. **: While accounting for CMC, it should be noted that in actual production the specific gravity of the coal pile and the coke formation rate may change; therefore, the maximum amount of dry coke that can be produced per cycle in each carbonization chamber can reach 30.6 tons. 3. Coke oven machinery configuration 3.1 Number of coke oven machinery units: 4×52-hole JNX70-2 type coke ovens are arranged on a single central line. Among them, Coke Oven No. 1 and Coke Oven No. 2 form one oven group; a three-span coal tower is located between the two coke ovens, an inter-oven platform is set up between the coal tower and the coke ovens, and an end-platform is provided at the end of each coke oven ; Coke oven No. 3 and Coke oven No. 4 form another oven group, equipped with coal towers, inter-oven platforms, and end-of-oven platforms, as appropriate. Between the furnace end platform of Coke Oven No. 2 and that of Coke Oven No. 3 is a disconnected intermediate platform, on which the control rooms for the coke ovens and the carbonization quenching system are located; two sets of carbonization quenching units are installed in the side area of the intermediate platform facing the coke ovens. Except that the coke stopper cannot pass through the dry quenching area, the coke pusher, coal loading vehicle, and quenching vehicle can all pass through the large platform area smoothly. The number of coke oven machinery units required to support the 4×52-hole JNX70-2 type coke oven is as follows: pushers: 3 units, 2 in use and 1 as spare ; Quenching machines: 4 units, 2 in use and 2 as backups ; Coal loading trucks: 3, 2 in use and 1 as spare ; Hydraulic exchangers: 4 units (1 unit per furnace) ; Electric locomotives: 3, 2 in service and 1 as spare ; Coke oven quenching is primarily carried out using dry quenching, with wet quenching as a backup method. The towing of coke quenching vehicles is carried out by separately assigned locomotives. This locomotive can perform both dry quenching and wet quenching operations. Coke quenching cars: 2, 1 in use and 1 as backup. Considering that the dry quenching unit may not be put into operation simultaneously with the coke oven, two wet quenching vehicles are configured, one in service and one as a spare. The wet quenching coke car is not equipped with its own driving mechanism. This post was last edited by ryn on 2009-2-10 15:42]
