It is said that Jiantao has built a new large-scale facility in Inner Mongolia, with a gasification pressure of 8.7 MPA chosen for it. Are there any more details regarding this project? I went to Kin Tao’s website; there was no news.
To date, Jiantao (Hebei) Group has paid a total of 117.8633 million yuan in value-added tax. **Jiantao (Hebei) Coking Co., Ltd. and Jiantao (Hebei) Chemical Co., Ltd., wholly-owned subsidiaries of Jiantao Group, began construction in Neiqiu in July 2003. The first phase of the project, with a total investment of 900 million yuan, was completed and put into operation in March 2005. In March 2007, **Giant Group invested an additional 750 million yuan, and construction began on the second phase of the project, which would produce 1 million tons of compacted coke and 100,000 tons of methanol. This globally pioneering production process not only effectively solves the problem of air pollution caused by the combustion of gas in coking production, but also makes efficient use of resources.
Whether Kin Tong is good or not is a matter of business operations; I’m not planning to change jobs. I am only interested in 8.7MPA water-coal slurry gasification, and I hope to obtain information on this topic; as there is only one plant in China that operates using 8.7MPA water-coal slurry gasification, there is very little information available regarding the manufacturing, selection, and design of the key equipment needed for this process. An increase in pressure and a rise in coal feeding amount will bring about many new problems that need to be discussed and resolved together by everyone. :handshake
8. 7MPA – it’s probably Texaco’s large furnace
--------Apart from Texaco (now acquired by GE), 8.7 other gasifications cannot be carried out at present.
