Downstream markets for salt sludge

Our company generates salt sludge during the chlor-alkali production process; since we use membrane-based denitration, there is no BaSO4 in the water. Regarding such salt sludge, I hope the experts can tell us whether there are potential end-users for it; even if the price is not high, that would be fine. First, it solves environmental problems; second, it may also bring economic benefits.
Judging from the markets around us, it seems that cement plants and brick factories could use it, but our salt sludge still contains about 8% NaCl, so cement plants and similar facilities won’t be suitable. I was wondering if there are any other options?
Cement plants won’t use it; especially since a level of 0.02% is required in cement clinker. So, what kind of cement plant would be large enough to consume our brine? It’s a real dilemma. . . If we find a good solution, let’s exchange ideas; environmental protection benefits both the country and its people
