The workshop now has two reaction kettles of the same volume. They use jackets to heat up. I feel that the enamel kettle heats up slower than the carbon steel kettle. I would like to know how much the thermal efficiency of the two kettles can differ? Does anyone in Sichuan have experience in this area or have information to refer to?
The temperature of the enamel kettle is definitely slower than that of the carbon steel kettle, and it is meaningless to have a thermal efficiency difference between the two kettles. The two kettles are suitable for completely different working conditions, and the price difference is insignificant. No one will compare their heat transfer performance.

Check the design manual. The thermal conductivity of enamel is different from that of carbon steel. Just calculate it. In addition, the reactor must be well insulated.
Our enamel reactor cannot rise to 5 degrees Celsius for several hours. I don’t know what’s going on. Does anyone know about this?
