It’s a completely different concept; risk analysis should be used in contract review； And risk analysis includes the analysis of risks during contract review.

But how many rating companies do this? ? ? Contract reviews are done very rarely! !

4.1 All safety assessment contracts must undergo risk analysis and evaluation prior to being signed; contracts that have deficiencies identified as a result of such analysis and evaluation shall not be signed. The technical supervisor organizes relevant staff from the market development department and the evaluation department to conduct a risk analysis and review of the contract. Risk analysis and evaluation are not exactly the same thing, but they are related, I guess.
