If there is a problem with the stabilization system, can the crude gasoline go directly to the qualified tank in the tank farm? Can I go for hydrogenation (our company hydrogenates gasoline and diesel)? What's the impact?
What system has a problem? You shouldn’t be able to pass the exam. Hydrorefining? That’s not possible either.

Coked gasoline is not a qualified product and there are no qualified cans. Both stable and unstable ones can be hydrogenated into gasoline and diesel.
Crude gasoline can be directly hydrogenated or catalyzed
Many coking units have incomplete absorption stabilization systems, and their crude gasoline is directly hydrogenated.
Compared with stabilized gasoline, crude gasoline has a large number of light components (above C4). Personally, I think it is not suitable for hydrogenation.
Not only does it not need to change the unqualified tank for coking crude gasoline when there is a temporary problem in the stabilization tower system, but the same can be done for catalytic cracking crude gasoline... It is not necessary to change the unqualified tank. Of course, you can directly go to hydrogenation. Crude gasoline can be hydrogenated directly. There is a fractionation tower for hydrogenation. At most, the light components will be wasted, and there should be no impact.
