Translation by a professor-level senior engineer

Those in the chemical industry mostly have the title of professor-level senior engineer. This is a characteristic of China; foreigners don’t have it. Chinese people have been using business cards for quite some time now, and today someone brought a business card to me asking how to translate \"professor-level senior engineer\". What is popular online now is professorate senior engineer.
