Why does downloading things cost more than just 1 wealth point?

Yesterday afternoon, two petrochemical standards were posted, and later I noticed that my balance had decreased significantly. I reported this to the moderator, suspecting that my points were deducted because I posted spam in other forums; but I don’t think I did that. I paid special attention to it today; I downloaded a GBT15386-94 air-cooled heat exchanger, and as a result my balance decreased by 6. What on earth is going on? It clearly says “Download attachment: Fortune-1”, right? ? ? I didn’t use Thunder or anything to download it; I just clicked in the browser and saved it. It’s not easy for me to earn some money, so I hope experts can help analyze this and provide a reasonable explanation. Otherwise, it’s so unfair to have such a large deduction without any clear reason :(
Is your browser IE? This happens when other browsers use multi-threaded downloading! For example, the popular 360 Browser doesn’t work in this way! Just make sure to use a single thread; IE’s default browser download method is the most suitable! IE is recommended; do not use other browsers!
