Proposed by member wingman1985, and after extensive discussions and deliberations by the moderators in the foreign language section over a long period of time (see http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-380922-1-1.html), the fourth event in the foreign language section has officially begun. This attachment was carefully selected by wingman1985 who put in a lot of effort into it. Everyone is encouraged to participate actively, and thanks are due to member wingman1985 for his selfless dedication! Based on the discussions and suggestions prior to the event, the specific rules are as follows: Requirements for this event: 1. Participants must upload their submissions in Word format as attachments, with a download permission setting of 200 (please note that there are screenshots available on floor 2) ； 2. Participants are required to provide the Chinese translation for the heard English text ； 3. Once uploaded, participants cannot make any further changes ； 4. Members found to be in violation will have their eligibility to compete revoked. Prizes for this event: 2 first-prize winners will receive 500 in wealth, 20 in charm, and 1 point in prestige; 4 second-prize winners will get 300 in wealth and 10 in charm; 8 third-prize winners will receive 200 in wealth. There are also several encouragement prizes worth 50 in wealth. Note: 1. The award decisions are made by the judges for this event, and participants cannot dispute them ； 2.
