1) When operating the equipment, attention should be paid to the rate of temperature and pressure increase; the temperature and pressure rise in the stripping tower must be carried out in strict accordance with the prescribed pressure increase curve. 2) In normal production, it is necessary to avoid excessive temperature and pressure of the equipment as much as possible. For 25‑22‑2 material, corrosion increases sharply above 190°C. 3) Hazards at low load levels are mainly due to the difficulty in controlling temperature and pressure, as well as uneven liquid distribution in the stripping tower under low-load conditions, which leads to localized overheating and increased corrosion. Thirdly, proper maintenance is also important; ensure that slag and other residues resulting from maintenance do not enter the system, and pay close attention to signs of corrosion. Maintain records, and in cases of severe corrosion, replace the equipment to avoid potential hazards.
