For a project involving the unloading of methanol using train tank cars, the design specified that a zero-level tank be placed 10 meters away from the tank car in accordance with relevant standards. However, the railway unloading track is located outside the factory fence, meaning there is a fence separating the tank car from the zero-level tank. The problem now is that, according to electrical engineering standards, the explosion-proof zone radius for the zero-position tank is set at 15 meters, which extends beyond the perimeter wall. The safety supervision department believes that the area outside the wall is an uncontrollable zone, and the placement of the zero-level tank is problematic; it must be adjusted. Is that the case?
