My unit uses the CO2 stripping process, and the temperature of the stripping tower is always high during production. Have you ever encountered similar problems?
Causes of over-temperature of CO2 stripping tower: The outlet liquid temperature of the stripping tower is extremely high during production, mainly due to the equipment being full of liquid and the gas/liquid ratio being too low, the water-to-carbon ratio of the synthesis system being too high, the pressure of the medium-pressure steam saturator being too high, the flower plate distributor on the stripping tower being clogged, the liquid level control of the stripping tower being too high, the production load being too low, the temperature of the carbon dioxide gas entering the stripping tower being too high, etc. In addition, if the outlet liquid regulating valve of the stripping tower fails, and when the gas is severely leaked into the rear system of the stripping tower, the temperature of the stripping tower outlet liquid will also be over-temperature. It should be lowered. This post was last edited by 1025199692 on 2009-3-12 21:29 ]
For this situation like what the poster mentioned, I guess the main reasons may be:: 1. The small distribution holes of some liquid distributors in the upper part of the stripping tower may be blocked, causing no urine to enter in some stripping tubes or a small amount, and more urine in some stripping tubes, resulting in a decrease in stripping efficiency. 2. Oil contamination enters the system, causing the wall of the stripping tube to be adhered to by the oil contamination and reducing the stripping efficiency.
, The stripping tower outlet liquid is over-temperature during the production process (1) Phenomenon ① The measured value of the stripping tower outlet liquid temperature increases and is higher than the alarm value; ②The gas stripping efficiency of the stripping tower has dropped significantly. ; ③Circulation system pressure is high. (2) Reason ① The gas stripping tower is full of liquid ; ②High-pressure system H2O/Ur seriously deviates from normal indicators ; ③Liquid/gas height in stripping tower ; ④The steam pressure on the shell side of the stripping tower is too high and does not correspond to the system load. ; ⑤The small holes of the liquid distributor in the upper part of the stripping tower are clogged (deposits of equipment corrosion products, high-temperature carbonization deposits after oil enters the stripping tower, or the introduction of filler fibers from ammonia pumps and methylammonium pumps), the riser pipe is loose, and the sealing ring fails to seal. ; ⑥The small hole diameter of the liquid distributor in the upper part of the gas stripping tower has increased due to corrosion, resulting in poor film formation effect of liquid in the gas stripping tube and uneven distribution of liquid in each gas stripping tube. Some gas stripping tube outlet liquids are over-temperature. ; ⑦The gas distributor at the bottom of the stripping tower is damaged ; ⑧The gas stripping tower liquid level adjustment circuit is faulty and inaccurate. (3) Key points for prevention and treatment: ① If the gas stripping tower is full of liquid and over-temperature, open the liquid level regulating valve and lower the liquid level of the gas stripping tower to normal. ; ②Adjust the steam pressure on the shell side of the stripping tower to correspond to the system load ; ③If the gas stripper liquid level adjustment circuit is faulty, open the liquid level control valve manually or operate the on-site handwheel of the control valve and the gas stripper liquid outlet stop valve to adjust the liquid level to normal. ; ④Internal parts of the stripping tower are faulty and need to be stopped for repair. ; ⑤The liquid level of the air stripping tower should be discharged before the discharging of the synthesis tower to prevent the air stripping tower from being full of liquid and over-temperature during discharging. ; ⑥During the start-up process, the amount of water entering the system must be strictly controlled, and the system NH3/CO2 and reaction temperature and pressure should be correctly controlled to prevent the synthesis tower discharge from overheating the stripping tower.
Reply: 1. Bias flow, you can consider sealing the primary tower 2. Distributor failure 3. Riser pipe leakage, sealing ring failure 4. Distribution holes blocked
The people above have basically explained the reasons for the overtemperature of the stripping tower. I also want to ask, the original poster, yours is a new equipment. Did you drive it after the system stopped for a long time? If so, then I have heard others say before that the temperature of each stripping tower must be different, or there may be something that does not comply with the operating procedures during driving after a long stop, or even damage to the equipment of the stripping tower during the maintenance process. Haha, this is just a family opinion, I hope to hear more opinions from Haiyou! ! ! ! ! This post was last edited by lxq700918 on 2009-2-12 19:07 ]
