What is the first standard mentioned by the poster? Why can’t I find it online?

I don’t know where the poster got the information from, but the current versions of these two standards are still old versions. The national standard online query GB 3531-1996 and GB 18248-2000 are still valid.
The new standard has been released and will be implemented on July 1st!
The update is so fast. It is still nearly a year away from implementation. I hope to get the electronic version as soon as possible. I am eager to learn.* study * ah.
