However, I am not familiar with welding; I would like to know what kind of welding techniques and factories use mixers (13651725821)
The factories I’ve been in contact with that produce products through catalytic oxidation reactions use mixers at the point where the raw materials and air meet at the reactor inlet, with a flame arrester connected right after it! I have limited experience!! But I still hope it can be helpful to you! !
For welding with carbon dioxide shielding gas, regarding the gas mixture used, is it better to purchase the mixture ready-made, or to buy bottled gases and mix them oneself?
I recommend that you buy a gas mixer; the cost of one bottle of mixed gas is too high, and it’s not economical to purchase mixed gas in large quantities. Ordinary welding does not require very high precision for the gas mixture. Domestic mixers will suffice. 2 to 3 thousand yuan. For high-precision welding or welding robots, imported mixers must be purchased. The mixers from German company WITT are good.
Only factories that use large amounts of welding gas mixtures will employ welding mixers.

Indeed, as mentioned above, factories that consume a large amount of gas tend to consider using mixers, as this can indeed save a significant amount of cost. Storage tanks are installed on-site directly, then mixing is carried out, followed by centralized gas supply.
