How to choose a pressure gauge and a thermometer?

Inside our equipment, there are solid materials along with high-temperature steam; the temperature is 300 degrees and the pressure is 4 MPa. The equipment is subject to significant shock loads. What type of pressure gauge and thermometer should be used? Please help us; we need a digital display, and it would be ideal to have details such as the specific manufacturer and model number. What is the original poster’s field of expertise? If they work in pipeline installation, then tasks related to instrumentation would likely fall within the scope of the automation or instrumentation specialty. If you are from an automation specialty, then this question should probably be asked in the automation forum. :D
