It should be designed as an integral tray. It depends on your actual design parameters.
Generally, it is a tray as a whole, because the diameter space is too small and is not suitable for manual disassembly and assembly.
There are very few plate towers below DN600. If there are, they can be designed as packed towers!
It is an integral tray. The distance between the plates is ensured by spacer rods, and the cylinder should also be made into tower sections, with 6-8 trays in each section. The length of the tower sections is generally 2 meters to 3 meters. The tower sections are connected by flanges. During maintenance, remove each section, and then remove the trays in each section.
If there are no special requirements, use an integral tray. If there are special requirements during operation, you can add a few more layers of flanges to the tower body to facilitate disassembly and assembly, and the tray does not need to be integral.
