For a project, at each stage from initiation to construction to commissioning, what approvals are required from which departments? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you

It depends on the type of project. If it is a hazardous chemicals construction project (where the products or intermediate products are hazardous chemicals), the first step is the approval process, which requires submission of evaluation reports, application forms, evidence of safety conditions, and permits for land use planning. Following that, there are steps such as the review of the design of safety facilities, registration for trial production, and inspection of the safety facilities once they have been installed.
