It’s a newly installed pump, with no technical documentation available. I’ve never seen the mechanical seal of this pump before; I’d appreciate advice from those who are experts in this area. The diameter of the seal is 25 millimeters, and the medium being transported is furfural. This post was last edited by wxhcs on 2009-2-11 at 16:50.]
A denotes single-sided sealing of the driven impeller, with the sealing device being a dynamic air shaft seal for the driven impeller.
If what was said on the second floor about using a pneumatic shaft to power the impeller is true, then how could the original poster still see a mechanical seal? ? ?
The original poster should upload a picture as soon as possible so that I can help analyze it.
No one can say for sure; send a fax to the manufacturer to have them answer this question
Each seal manufacturer has its own logo; it’s better to ask the manufacturer which one was used at the time. If it’s a domestic product, then Bogman, Dandong Clone, and Japanese brands are all good options
Please provide detailed information regarding the sealing, such as drawings, model numbers, pictures of the structure, or written descriptions, so that a judgment can be made! :)
It’s urgent; there’s no time to send pictures. I consulted the pump factory’s technical staff by phone this morning, and it was confirmed that it is a 108-25 type mechanical seal. Thank you all
