I’m sure everyone encounters problems with compressed air during the production process. If you have faced such issues, what are you waiting for? Get in touch with me right away. The following is just product information and specifications! NEUTEK compressed air drying filter: The NEUTEK compressed air filter is a filter manufactured in the United States by the American company NEWTECH, and it was designed specifically to address issues in compressed air systems that contain high levels of oil, water, and dust. Our company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the American company NEWTECH. The American company NEWTECH holds multiple patents and has over a decade of experience in the production and sales of compressed air filters; its products are sold throughout the world. Compressed air filters are essential filtering devices for improving the quality of air used in instruments in factories or laboratories. The NEUTEK brand filters feature 12 patented models of new equipment, which consist of an upper cover, a middle shell, and a lower shell. Both the upper cover and the middle shell are equipped with two circular holes; two aluminum tanks are connected side by side between the corresponding circular holes in the upper cover and the middle shell, thereby forming a first filtration chamber and a second filtration chamber. The lower end of the lower shell is connected to a drainage device via a connector, and this drainage device is equipped with a float ball. This utility model adopts a two-stage, three-section filtering structure: the first filtering chamber, the second filtering chamber, and the intermediate shell together form the three-section filtering structure, while the first filter and the second filter constitute the two-stage filtering system. Special filtering materials are used in these filters, enabling the complete removal of water, oil, rust, and other impurities from the air during the compression process; the filtering efficiency can reach 99.9%. http://www.neutek.com.cn/images_products/filter/filter_sm.gif Features of NEUTEK compressed air drying filters: http://www.neutek.com.cn/images/list.gif 100% removal of particles larger than 5 microns; http://www.neutek.com.cn/images/list.gif 99.9% removal of oil droplets, with oil mist concentration kept below 0.1 PPM; http://www.neutek.com.cn/images/list.gif No water droplets, significantly reducing the pressure dew point – achieving effects similar to those of a cold dryer; http://www.neutek.com.cn/images/list.gif Can be upgraded to meet higher filtration requirements through modular unit design; http://www.neutek.com.cn/images/list.gif Easy to install, simple maintenance process, no energy consumption; achieves excellent filtration results thanks to patented design principles; http://www.neutek.com.cn/images/list.gif Maximum flow rate per unit: 14 m³/min. Compressed air containing harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust, and moisture enters the first-stage filtration unit of the NEUTEK compressed air filter. 2. When compressed air passes through the first-stage cylindrical mesh filter element, a coalescing effect occurs: larger particles are adsorbed onto the filter material, and water molecules condense into larger droplets. 3. Upon entering the separation chamber, the speed of the compressed air decreases, causing the particles to aggregate again and the water mist to condense once more on a honeycomb-shaped water collector. 4. The water containing impurity particles flows along the bottom to the drainage device, where it is discharged through an automatic or electric drain valve. 5. More than 95% of the water droplets, oils, and large particles in the compressed air are removed by the first filter element; the compressed air that has passed through the first stage of filtration then enters the second filter element. 6. As compressed air passes through the second-stage fiber filter made of special cotton, thousands of small vortices are generated; at the same time, the compressed air’s speed increases by dozens of times. The center of these vortices creates a vacuum effect. The water droplets that were not removed in the first stage of filtration are vaporized, transformed, and removed once again. Additionally, particles as small as 5 microns are completely eliminated by the second-stage filter. 7. Through two-stage filtration, clean and dry compressed air free of dust, rust, oil, and water droplets is produced, ensuring the proper operation of pneumatic equipment and extending its service life.
