Equipment (apparatus) names, model specifications, and measurement units for the four-level grading of mechanized coke ovens; criteria and evaluation methods for these four levels of grading. International standard for mechanized coke oven chambers: 1. Height of the carbonization chamber ≥ 6 m; 2. All four types of locomotives use PLCs and similar devices for program control ; 1) Coke pusher: Performs opening and closing of the furnace door, coke pushing, coal leveling, collection of front and rear coals, cleaning of the furnace door and its frame, as well as cleaning of the control panel, all in one operation ; 2) Coal loading vehicle: Closing and opening the coal loading hole covers, mechanical quantitative coal feeding, switching high-pressure ammonia water, and cleaning up residual coal as well as the furnace top ; 3) Quenching machine: Performs opening and closing of the furnace door, coke guiding, collection of front and rear coals, cleaning of the furnace door, furnace door frame, and control panel in one operation ; 3. It features process automation, utilizing computers for data collection and processing, furnace condition monitoring, and the optimal adjustment of process parameters, along with corresponding detection and control devices ; 4. Equipped with dry quenching or other advanced quenching facilities ; 5. Both coal loading and coke extraction are equipped with advanced smoke and dust removal systems, with a purification efficiency of ≥85%. At the domestic advanced level: 1. The height of the coke oven carbonization chamber is ≥4m ; 2. Four major locomotives are mechanized, using unit program control ; 1) Coke pusher: Performs opening and closing of the furnace door, coke pushing, and coal leveling in a single operation ; 2) Coal loading vehicle: Close and open the coal loading hole covers, supply coal in a mechanical, quantified manner, and clean up any remaining coal ; 3) Quenching machine: Used to open and close the furnace door as well as guide the coke ; 3. Devices for detecting and adjusting the main process parameters ; 4. High-pressure ammonia water smoke suppression devices are used for coal loading, and dust collection devices are installed in the coking tower. National average level: 1. The height of the carbonization chamber in coke ovens ≥ 4m ; 2. Instruments for monitoring the main process parameters, with necessary electrical interlock control for the transmission equipment ; 3. Equipped with a coal-loading smoke suppression device. Low domestic level: Anything that falls short of the general domestic standard is considered to be at a low level.
