Polysilicon control system integration

Could any brother please introduce me to the control system integration in the polysilicon industry? Which integrator is responsible for it, and what systems are used? Thank you!
I also wonder if it would be better if there were single-crystal gallium arsenide
Siemens’ PCS-7 is likely to be used quite frequently in the polysilicon industry; one of my friends works at Siemens’ SIAS, working on polysilicon projects~
Currently, only four foreign manufacturers have entered the polysilicon industry: 1. Honeywell: It has a strong performance record. It has good reliability but is expensive; its latest PKS system is about 10% more costly than TPS. 2. Emerson: It has fewer applications, but good reliability and is easy to use; however, it is expensive, with frequent version upgrades, and it excels in batch processing and HART instrument management. 3. Yokogawa: It has the fewest applications, but good reliability, and its hardware is durable; the price is moderate. 4. Siemens: It has the most applications and good reliability, but programming and operation are relatively difficult. Since polysilicon was developed in Germany, most of the process packages come from Siemens.
