Methods for removing scale from air compressor condensers

I would like to ask fellow sailors for advice on how to remove scale from the air compressor condenser!
1. For chemical cleaning, hire a professional cleaning company to carry it out； 2 Mechanical cleaning: clean with a high-pressure water gun, or use a copper tube (or stainless steel tube) whose diameter is smaller than that of the tubes inside, attach a brush to its end, and clean each tube one by one, then rinse away the dirt with water ；
1. Perform chemical cleaning based on the material of the tube bundle. Alkaline or acid cleaning; 2. High-pressure water cleaning, but care must be taken with the pressure.
We have two butterfly valves on the inlet and outlet main pipes for the cooling water of the air compressor, and two DN25 small valves have been installed behind these butterfly valves. When acid cleaning is required, close the butterfly valve and connect pipes at the two small valves to enable circulation, which is very convenient. During pickling, it is essential to control the pH value carefully. Continuously monitor the circulating water; if necessary, you can use two test strips, and that will be sufficient
We use water guns; for ordinary pipes, 800 kilograms is sufficient, and for those that are severely blocked, 1000 kilograms will do as well.
We hired a professional cleaning company to do it, using a chemical cleaning method: first washing with water, then acid washing, followed by alkali washing for neutralization, and finally applying a preservative coating. I’ve tried manual physical cleaning; it’s time-consuming and laborious, yet it doesn’t work
