The company places a lot of emphasis on training, but not on the application of what is learned in that training. What are people’s thoughts on this issue?
In most companies, training is just a formality – someone is hired to give a few lectures, and that’s supposed to improve everyone’s skills or mindset? It’s just that a few more photos were added to the company’s showcase, and a few more signatures appeared on the training records; after the training, life goes on as usual! At least that’s the case here: lol
On the second floor, it was mentioned that it’s interesting to know how companies like Microsoft and Intel train and develop their employees
There is no doubt that training is very important; the key question is how to conduct it effectively. I specialize in safety training, and I start by using relevant accidents as examples – accidents have a significant impact on people, and this approach yields good training results!
Training is very important; currently, corporate training includes theoretical aspects, as well as a combination of theory and practical application, along with training related to actual production processes. The training content still needs to be applied in one’s own work; company training merely provides guidance.
Many companies just go through the motions; our unit is the same – we do it every week. Can it really be effective?
Training is quite important; it not only improves employees’ professional skills but also enhances team building and fosters internal harmony. But don’t go through the motions, otherwise you’ll spend extra money with little effect. Employees should also take this opportunity to strive to improve themselves
It’s the same with the training at our company; whenever a notice about training is posted, everyone complains. What’s most frustrating is that the company keeps taking up our free time. Nevertheless, the limited training sessions are quite useful, at least they help to reframe one’s thinking
The application is meant for you to use in your work; they’re not even going to create an environment for you to put it into practice
Training is important, but attention must be paid to the format in order to ensure it is effective
Training is important, especially regarding work procedures; they must be standardized
Agreed. Bureaucracy kills people.
Here, training is nothing but a formality
As an investment in human resources, training is carried out by many companies, but they do so merely to meet requirements. In the case of our company, we need some materials for external promotion, so training is an essential part of that process. However, companies don’t really care about what exactly is taught in such training programs, let alone whether it’s useful or not. Given the current economic situation and the attitude of domestic companies, most of them are reluctant to invest more time, effort, and money in training.
For an organization, training generally includes the following aspects: 1. Onboarding training for new employees: This is essential, and new employees need to fully understand the nature of the organization, various rules and regulations, as well as the responsibilities of different positions; 2. Current regular employees: As society continues to progress, all industries are constantly developing, and it is necessary to provide regular training on job-specific skills ; Different training methods such as going out, inviting experts in, and internal training can be employed ; 3. Management personnel: Participate in various management training programs, as well as in training sessions conducted by unit leaders for their subordinates.
When it comes to training, it’s hard to satisfy everyone’s preferences. By working hard on your own and knowing who to turn to when faced with problems and where to find answers, the purpose of training is achieved. Improvement still needs to happen outside of class.
Actually, regarding training, it mainly depends on how company leaders view this issue. Nowadays, many company leaders don’t pay any attention to it at all; they just want their employees to be able to complete their work
In fact, training should be a very effective way to improve professional skills, but nowadays many companies treat it as a mere formality without actually putting it into practice.
The intention might have been good, but it wasn’t executed properly
I think the training provided by the company isn’t just a superficial formality; it at least allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the company.
