Which companies have used the PFCK series of reversible impact hammer crushers produced by Yangzhou Mingtai Machinery Co., Ltd.? In particular, can the requirements regarding the particle size of the coal used for charging be met at over 88%? Our company wants to replace one of its impact crusher units; since we are switching from top-loading coal feeding to side-loading with compacted coal, there were no new crushers available at that time, so we had to use the old ones
Our factory uses the PCFKI618 model, which is a ramming coke oven; it performs well and can basically meet the requirements; The amount of maintenance required is not significant, and major problems generally do not occur. This is on the premise of proper operation.

Through experiments carried out personally by our boss over a period of six months, with the hammer heads being replaced every 10 days, the fineness level could be achieved at over 90%. However, it was concluded that it isn’t necessary for the fineness to reach above 90%. We have now resumed using the old hammer heads that were previously removed; their strength still meets the required standards. Yes, although the theory behind rammed coke suggests that it is necessary to increase the fineness of the blended coal, in reality there is no need to achieve such high levels; yet some people still say that a fineness of around 90% is ideal.
