After being dried in a twin-cone dryer, the powdered material is transported under vacuum; some of it enters the vacuum pump through the vacuum pipeline, resulting in a decrease in yield. I would like to ask everyone: apart from replacing the filter bags with larger mesh sizes at the vacuum interface of the container, are there any other measures, such as installing filters in the vacuum pipes, that can be used to reduce material loss? If possible, please advise on the selection.
Consider installing a cyclone separator.
It should first go through cyclone discharge before entering the bag filter.
