The type and production capacity of the methanol synthesis tower you are using
A Luchy water-cooled with gas cooling reactor is used.
Linda’s average-temperature reactor has an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.
Adiabatic isothermal tubular type from East China University of Science and Technology. Annual production of 500,000 tons
Inside the tubular reactor are catalysts; outside are desalinated water. The output is 25 kilograms of product per hour, with 30 tons of steam supplied at medium pressure, resulting in a production volume of over 20 tons per hour
Anti-Ruchi type, with a cat installed outside the tube; water flows inside the tube, producing 40 tons of steam per hour
East China University of Science and Technology’s adiabatic isothermal tubular 300,000 tons/year
I use Luchi shell-and-tube synthesis towers, with an inner diameter of 2600mm*6000mm; there are two such towers, producing 120,000 tons per year. Currently, an expansion is underway to increase the annual methanol production capacity to 350,000 tons, still using shell-and-tube methanol synthesis towers with an inner diameter of 4000mm*7000mm, one unit per tower. :)
Who designed your anti-Lurgi? Lurgi? Davy?
We use Luchi’s shell-and-tube synthesis tower, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of methanol; it was designed by the Second Chemical Engineering Institute
We use a Luch shell-and-tube synthesis tower, with a catalyst inside the tubes and boiling hot water flowing inside the shell. Annual production of 100,000 tons of methanol
