Is there a set of technical regulations for the safe use of hydrogen? Could it be shared?
GB4962-1985 Safety Technical Regulations for the Use of Hydrogen specifies safety procedures only for the use of hydrogen cylinders, and no such regulations exist for pipeline transportation. Considerations should be given to aspects such as operating methods, protective equipment, pipeline flow rates, static electricity elimination, cleaning and purging, emergency response, and the contents of emergency plans
For information on the transportation of hydrogen through pipelines, refer to the \"GB50177-2005 Design Code for Hydrogen Stations\" and the \"GB16912-1997 Safety Technical Regulations for Oxygen and Related Gases\"
There is already a 2008 version of the \"Technical Regulations for Safe Use of Hydrogen,\" but it cannot be found on the Internet; I am keeping a close eye on the situation.
