There is no inherent relationship between coking time and the lifespan of a coke oven; as long as it remains within the range specified by the design for coking time, the lifespan of the coke oven depends on its construction, operation, and management quality.
The coking time of a coke oven is closely related to its service life; attempting to shorten this coking time by intensifying production will reduce the oven’s lifespan. Regarding the appropriate coking time, refer to the design provided by the design institute.
During intensified production, it is definitely related to the coking time; rather, in the case of intensified production, the focus is on operation and maintenance.
Agreed. It has nothing to do with the coking time; it is related to the initial construction of the coke oven, its baking, the selection of equipment and materials, as well as the subsequent maintenance and management of the coke oven.
There is no inevitable connection! Mainly, if the time is long, the amount of gas produced will be less! Currently, all units are doing this in order to limit production!
