Regarding the gasoline hydrogenation unit at Luoyang Petrochemical

This facility represents the largest investment in the project for upgrading the quality of petroleum products at Luoyang Petrochemical. Its completion and operation play a vital role in helping Luoyang Petrochemical improve product quality, optimize production processes, and enhance its economic and technical performance indicators. 　　The 2.2 million tons/year hydrogenation combined treatment plant project commenced construction in July 2007, with the main installation work carried out by Wu Jian Company. The feedstock for this unit is a mixture of reduced wax oil from combined units, coker wax oil, and deasphalted oil; it operates under high temperature, high pressure, and in the presence of hydrogen, which makes construction quite challenging. The Wujian Luoyang project team actively cooperates with the owner to carry out all tasks properly. According to third-party testing, the defect-free inspection results for the reset welds and the randomly selected welds of the tested devices showed a 100% pass rate, which earned high praise from the owner.

The second floor is referring to Luohu Petrochemical’s new wax oil hydrogenation project, right? The gasoline hydrogenation unit mentioned by LZ is one that came online in the 1990s, with a capacity of 700,000 tons per year for gasoline hydrogenation; the newly built hydrogenation and processing unit with a capacity of 2.2 million tons per year is currently under airtightness testing, and it also requires a hydrogen production facility using 40,000 cubic meters of dry gas； There is also a new 2.6 million-ton catalytic hydrogenation unit under construction; the overall design has been completed and orders for the long-term-use equipment have been placed ；
