We have oxygen detectors in the desulfurization unit; the readings are displayed both in the desulfurization area and in the control room. If the oxygen level is too high, the control room staff will give instructions to start or stop the equipment. That’s exactly how we do it.
1. A low-level water seal device is installed at the top of the gas holder’s bell cover; when the gas holder drops to the low level, the water seal closes automatically, so there is no need for an interlock device between the gas holder and the Roots pump. 2. Interlock devices should be installed between the Roots pumps and the compressor; when all the Roots pumps stop operating, the compressor shall be powered off automatically.
We are: low and high limit alarms for gas tanks； Low inlet pressure limit of the Roots blower and interlock with the blower’s power supply ； The lower limit of the inlet pressure of the compressor is interlocked with the compressor’s power supply. :)
