Module damage issue in DCS

In MOORE’s DCS, the VIM modules are the most prone to damage; does anyone have any good methods to improve this situation?；
Proper grounding, installation standards, timely and proper maintenance, and a suitable environment!
My view on the issue: Due to the low isolation voltage of the VIM module channels, on-site grounding is crucial; alternatively, an isolation barrier can be used. I hope everyone will actively share their valuable opinions.
