In the Fertilizer Industry Discussion Area, there has been no new posting in the section for storing irregular documents related to fertilizers; this section could be eliminated. The number of posts posted daily in the section dedicated to technical discussions on functional fertilizers and fertilizer additives is in the single digits. It is recommended that this section be merged into the section for technical discussions on compound (mixed) fertilizers. The section on synthetic ammonia production technology covers topics such as gas blowing and recovery; it is suggested that this be merged into the section on gas purification technology. The section on gas purification technology includes topics related to conversion processes, which should also be incorporated into the section on synthetic ammonia production technology. At the same time, the name of the section on gas purification technology should be changed to “Desulfurization and Decarbonization Technology Section,” and it should be placed under the Fertilizer Industry Discussion Area (all existing moderators should also be transferred over). The suggestions regarding conversion processes included in the Gas Purification Technology discussion area should be incorporated into the Synthetic Ammonia Process Technology discussion area. At the same time, the Gas Purification Technology discussion area should be renamed the Desulfurization and Decarbonization Technology discussion area and placed under the Fertilizer Industry discussion area (all existing moderators should also be transferred there). The Gas Purification Technology discussion area covers purification processes such as those used in coal-based synthetic ammonia production and coal-based methanol production; by incorporating it into the Fertilizer Industry area, its scope seems to have narrowed. Won’t all discussions related to methanol purification end up in the Synthetic Ammonia section? The Synthetic Ammonia section should focus solely on discussions related to ammonia synthesis. Just as in the Coal Chemicals section, the Methanol section deals only with methanol synthesis and distillation, separate from purification processes. There is no need to classify gas purification under the fertilizer production area, as it involves gasification in both cases; the only difference is the final product – ammonia in one case and methanol in the other. Placing it there is not appropriate. Since gasification falls under the coal chemical industry sector, gas purification should also be placed in that same sector. There is no need for constant changes. Moreover, placing it in the fertilizer production area is also not very suitable

It is indeed a bit inappropriate to place this section in the fertilizer area, since the fertilizer area should not include matters related to methanol purification; the fertilizer area and the coal chemical industry area are originally separate sections. Once fertilizers are separated into their own category, it becomes less appropriate to include other industries related to coal chemistry in that area. Personally, I think it’s also fine to keep the existing purification areas in the coal chemical industry zone; there’s no need to create more divisions. Additionally, the section for irregular posts can be removed; after all, the posts related to fertilizers are organized in a timely manner. The fertilizer production area was originally separated from the coal chemical industry area. Adding desulfurization and decarburization functions to it was done to make the fertilizer production area more complete.
