The output current displayed by the Fuji inverter is too high; isn’t it okay to set the thermal protection value higher?

I’m using a variable-frequency well pump; the inverter for the 55KW motor shows a current of 130A, which is above the rated value. My actual measured current is only 97A, so the inverter keeps experiencing overload. It should be fine to increase the thermal protection current value at this point; I tried it and everything worked normally. Will this reduce the lifespan of the inverter? :hug: :o
There is an issue with the inverter detection; under investigation
It is possible to check whether the motor parameters inside the inverter match the actual motor parameters. If the parameters are correct, prolonged overload can affect the service life of the inverter.
If the operating frequency is low and vector control is not being used, then the U/f ratio should be reduced first. If the load can still be driven after this reduction, it indicates that the originally set U/f ratio was too high, resulting in a high peak value for the excitation current; reducing the U/f ratio can help lower this current； If the load cannot be driven after the voltage is reduced, then increasing the capacity of the inverter should be considered ； If the frequency converter has vector control functionality, vector control should be used.
