There are now an increasing number of more advanced processes for coal charging and dust removal after coke extraction in rammed coke ovens. Examples include smoke and dust removal vehicles combined with wet-type ground dust removal stations, smoke guiding vehicles paired with dry-type ground dust removal stations, vehicle-mounted dust removal units, as well as machine-side sealing frames and dust removal devices for coal charging vehicles. However, the first type of process does not yield very good results; the dust removal vehicle consists of two sleeves, one in the middle and one on the coke side. I would appreciate advice from experts on how to carry out modifications in the most cost-effective way to achieve satisfactory results!

Dust removal principle: Only the two sleeves on the machine-side and furnace-side are used for dust removal; the fan’s suction force is utilized to draw in the raw gas generated during coal loading. Gas is added at these sleeves to assist combustion, with spray irrigation at the first stage, and finally steam is produced through four stages of spraying.
