For a 2-in-1 unit, what level of sealing should be chosen for the anti-surge valve? Our design provides a four-stage seal, but leaks still occur; the process conditions are currently good, so it is necessary to close all the valves completely. But now: 1 means it won’t shut down even under pressure ； Is 2 completely closed or is there some leakage? I asked what type of valve you have – is it a metal-sealed one or something else? Typical control valves have three or four stages of sealing, while isolation valves should achieve six stages of sealing.
Our anti-surge valve features a four-stage seal, just like ordinary control valves. Six-stage sealing is generally used for emergency shut-off valves
