Assessment years for toxic and hazardous positions

How many years of working in toxic and hazardous positions can you be assessed as toxic and hazardous and meet the conditions of 5 years in advance? If I work in this position for 5 years, can I enjoy 5 years of benefits in advance?
Our place requires 8 years, otherwise it’s impossible to get the review, and even 5 years won’t work, it just doesn’t count.

The period of early retirement for toxic and hazardous jobs is generally 8 consecutive years of continuous service. You can refer to the [78] Labor Protection Document No. 36 of the former General Administration of Labor on October 13, 1978, "Reply to Early Retirement for Toxic and Hazardous Jobs in the Chemical Industry" for reference!
