Why is the ESD alarm keeping going off?

When there are no operational issues, the ESD keeps triggering alarms; the alarm persists even after verification, and the details of the alarm cannot be found on the desktop. How should I handle this ESD issue?

ESD is an emergency shutdown system; if it keeps alarming, the interlocks related to the emergency shutdown need to be checked.
It is best to have a dedicated instrumentation engineer or specialist check whether it is a fault within the ESD control system itself, that is, a system alarm. If the ESD system is functioning properly, then proceed to check systems such as the self-protection interlocks related to the content of the alarm.
If it is not possible to access the engineer station, one can check whether the relevant alarm interlock signals are functioning properly. Digital I/O cards usually have indicator lights. For analog values, it is possible to check whether their value has reached the alarm range.
