In my opinion, the possible reasons are as follows: First, your exhaust is not complete; there is still gas at the water-coal slurry end or at the drive fluid end; Second: If there is a cylinder but no measurement is taken, it might be due to a ruptured diaphragm or other reasons ; Third: The nitrogen pressure in the outlet buffer tank of the high-pressure coal slurry pump is insufficient ; This post was last edited by shanxg on 2009-4-9 21:19]

As a supplementary point, for German Fillau pumps, it could also be a cracked rubber hose.
Additional note: 1. Check the gauge to see if it’s a problem with the gauge! 2. Check the inlet valve to ensure it is fully open! 3. Check whether the pressure of the gasification furnace is stable! 4. Is the slag port pressure difference stable?

Coal slurry pumps that are not of the Ruwa type generally do not experience major problems. The phenomena mentioned by the poster are either due to 1) one of the cylinders not functioning properly, or 2) insufficient pressure in the pump’s outlet buffer tank. (This possibility is generally high). 3. Another issue is insufficient suction volume of the coal slurry.
Consider the issue of inlet and outlet check valves and conduct an inspection.
