How should FV be understood?

FULL VACUUM means vacuum.
Fv seems to also represent the volume expansion coefficient at increased pressure, in units of 1 kg/mm2; the specific value should be determined based on the individual situation
What does the volume expansion coefficient mean? I’m not sure. The value seems to be as high as that in a complete vacuum. Each gauge value represents the difference between the pressure inside the tank and the external pressure, when the external pressure has dropped to its lowest possible value, that is, 0 absolute pressure. In the data on container equipment conditions, regarding the design pressure, FV: FULL VACUUM refers to a vacuum state. Why is it written as 2kg/cm2+FV? It’s best to carefully review the equipment specifications to see if there are any special features, or it might just be an unconventional way of writing it.
