In the SHELL gasification process, the V1204 pressure relief line is prone to breaking; it has fractured three times during nearly half a year of operation. Measures such as adding lining and replacing the pressure relief line have been taken, but the effects have not been very significant. In the SHELL gasification process, is the pressure relief line of V1204 prone to breaking? Does it refer to the three-stage pressure relief line of V1204? The original poster must be mistaken; they probably heard this from someone else. I’ve only seen the filter elements of S1202 break easily, but I’ve never encountered a situation where the pressure relief line of V1204 breaks easily.
