1. Comprehensive inspection of system processes, equipment, and instruments. 2. Interlock tests. 3. Commissioning of the sealing system. 4. Commissioning of the lubricating oil system. 5. Warming up of the steam turbine pipes and the turbine itself. 6: Unit startup, speed increase, and grid connection. 7: Compressor connected to the grid under load. That’s about it; the specific details vary depending on the unit structure and process requirements.
1. Conduct routine inspections before starting up, including the equipment, instruments, process flow, lubricating oil system, and steam system； 2. Establish a circulation system for the compressor lubricating oil, a circulation system for the seal oil, and a system for regulating oil pressure ； 3. Steam introduction, machine warming up, drain removal ； 4. The turbine needs to be turned before startup ； 5. Conduct interlock tests ； 6. Establish startup conditions in the control system ； 7.
