This boiler is a single-drum, natural-circulation, low-odor alkali recovery boiler. The furnace is surrounded by a membrane-type water wall, and a steam cooling screen is installed at the furnace outlet. Following that are an IB-grade superheater, a II-grade superheater, a III-grade superheater, and an IA-grade superheater; there is also an evaporator tube bank, with two stages of economizers arranged at the rear part of the boiler. The boiler features a fully steel structure, with a fully suspended and fully sealed design; all loads are supported by suspension rods attached to the top plate of the framework. The layout of the alkali recovery boiler adopts a compact, enclosed design. The alkali recovery system uses an alkali furnace–electrostatic dust removal system, namely the low-odor type. This boiler features stable combustion, a wide range of load adaptation, long continuous operation periods, safe and reliable operation, rapid startup, minimal ash accumulation, good sealing performance, and simple operation. I don’t know what the original poster means by that However, I really have never seen such a boiler. What is it mainly used for?
