I was wondering if anyone else noticed this during simulations: when using ASPEN for simulations, the thermodynamic properties of water seem to differ from experimental data (the thermodynamic model I use is NRTL). I would appreciate it if those with more experience could help me figure this out. I’m not sure how to choose the appropriate thermodynamic model data for simulations; this has been bothering me lately. Please assist me, everyone

There’s nothing wrong with choosing nrtl either; if only water is taken into account, Aspen will presumably use steam-ta to calculate the relevant data for water.
