Changshu switches are quite good; their quality is excellent in China, and the prices are reasonable. That Chint product is very cheap, but its quality is extremely poor. The owner of a power plant I work for chose switches from this manufacturer just because of their low cost; the commissioning process was fraught with difficulties, and many components had issues.
