I’m always worried that the material might get into the vacuum pump. Besides installing a buffer tank in front of the vacuum pump, is there any better solution?

What do you mean? Does the vacuum pump draw in gases, while the material you’re referring to is a liquid? You’re worried that as the vacuum pump draws in gases, it might also pull in the liquid at the same time. Is that what you mean? If so, there should be a separator in the process – isn’t there one? Gas buffers are generally installed in areas where pressure experiences periodic fluctuations, serving to buffer and stabilize the pressure. Gas-liquid buffers, on the other hand, also help to stabilize the flow of liquids. Explain your meaning in more detail.
Vacuum pumping is not about creating a vacuum in the equipment; there are some materials for which no suitable pump exists for transferring them. I want to use a rotary vane pump for this purpose, but I’m worried that the workers might not operate it properly and end up pumping the materials into the vacuum pump.
