1 1. For renovated old walls, newly painted walls contaminated with mold, and walls that need disinfection, use BIT20% preservative diluted 100-fold to spray on the walls for disinfection. When spraying the walls, care must be taken to protect the workers; it is forbidden for the chemical solution to come into contact with the human body or be inhaled through the respiratory tract! 2. Add the BIT20 preservative to ordinary putty at a concentration of 0.5–1%, thereby creating a mold- and bacteria-resistant putty. 3. 3. Use anti-mold paint. By adding BIT20 and mildew and algaecide at concentrations of 0.5–1% respectively to ordinary coatings, mildew and algaecide-resistant coatings are obtained. 4. Maintain good ventilation indoors (in interior walls and basements). By following the above construction methods, the mold resistance rating of the paint coating can be increased to 20 years.
